Receptionist/administration Assistant

We are a family-run, independent MOT centre and vehicle repair workshop located in Lymington and are looking for a new member of the team to cover reception and administrations duties.
Good computer skills are required as the position is heavily computer based, and an understanding of CRM systems is preferred. Knowledge of TechMan Garage Management System would be an advantage but not essential, on-the-job training will be given as required.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and has excellent communication skills. This is a customer-facing role and experience within a garage or car dealership setting would be ideal, but not essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating and dealing with customers
- Taking Booking in person and on the phone
- Managing the bookings calendar, and vehicle job cards
- Ordering parts and logging purchase orders
- Processing purchase invoices and returns
- Taking payment both in person and one the phone
- Raising job sheets/invoices
- Light cleaning duties
Working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm with a 30 minute lunchbreak Monday to Friday, no weekends.
