This really is a great time to join Saint Gobain Interior Solutions in this exciting role. No two days will be the same in this extremely varied and fast-paced role, also the opportunities for you to progress your career are endless.
You will be required to monitor the customer experience performance using a wide range of research methods and tools in order to bring in direct customer feedback and combining data sources to derive actionable insight to share with the business. Makingvisible the customers functional and emotional needs to identify moments of truth and pain points. Then influencing others to translate this insight to opportunities for innovation and development of the Saint Gobain Interior Solutions value proposition includingour systems, services, products and customer experience.
**Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications required for the role**:
- Experience in a range of research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative)
- Analytical skills and the ability to use data to spot patterns and derive insight
- Confident and effective communication and presentation skills that impact and influence stakeholders at all levels. Including good clear written comms as there will be a need to create insight reports.
- Highly collaborative and a team player. Workshop facilitation experience would be a bonus
- Customer focused and empathetic
- Degree is preferred but not essential
- Experience of designing surveys
- Running customer interviews or focus groups
- Experience of facilitating workshops, especially customer journey mapping
