Lead Research and Insights at a Renowned Creative Agency

We're seeking a seasoned Research and Insights professional to join our team as Head of Research and Insights. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving research excellence across the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team of researchers and insights specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality research projects.
  • Develop and implement research strategies that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors to ensure research targets are met and exceeded.
  • Manage client relationships, presenting research findings and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of research systems and processes, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in research management, with extensive agency experience.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to present findings to clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
