Job Title: Head of Research and Insights

Vanilla Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Research and Insights to lead our client's research and insights function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic research initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in research management, with extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research. You will be responsible for managing and growing the research team, overseeing the development of research strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality research outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research strategies to drive business growth and inform key decisions
  • Manage and grow the research team, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Oversee the development of research methodologies and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research outputs are aligned with business objectives
  • Present research findings to senior stakeholders and clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in research management, with extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex research findings to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
