Are you an experienced HR Professional looking for the next step in your career?

We are seeking a credible Recruitment Business Partner to join our growing recruitment team. In this interesting and varied role you will have the opportunity to get involved in developing and delivering resourcing solutions according to business need as well as supporting projects, implementing change and providing recruitment expertise within one of our Clinical Divisions.
- Demonstrate experience of advising managers on a wide range of resourcing issues, with sound process and employment law knowledge
- Is comfortable interpreting and working with data to inform solutions
- Is a passionate team player, with strong influencing skills
- A calm, confident and customer focused communicator who will work proactively with managers to bring about deliver results

This role is responsible for providing expertise, advice and input to develop and deliver recruitment strategies to ensure services are able to meet their staffing needs.

**This will include**:

- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies for allocated clinical division, in particular for hard to fill and specialist roles
- Maximising attraction through creative and effective marketing
- Ensuring all hiring mangers understand their role and have the relevant skills and expertise
- Fostering collaborative and effective ways of working between the recruitment team and hiring managers to minimise time to hire
- Advise on appropriate selection methods
- Undertake frequent horizon scanning and provide insight on the labour market and benchmarking with other employers
