I am working with a large infrastructure Safety and Standards board company who are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join them on a 12 month FTC.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Delivering high-quality recruitment services, from planning to pre-boarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand and fulfill resourcing requirements.
  • Ensuring candidate and stakeholder engagement, maintaining compliance with GDPR and Equality Act 2010.
  • Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all recruitment processes.
  • Managing administrative tasks via ATS and improving recruitment systems.
  • Overseeing offer and on-boarding processes, including pre-employment checks.
  • Advising on job descriptions and job evaluations.
  • Managing recruitment costs and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Using data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Overseeing temporary recruitment and ensuring compliance with IR35.


Essential:


  • Proven in-house recruitment experience with strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in direct sourcing and using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to write and advise on job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Capability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns at various levels.
  • Strong candidate management skills, including salary discussions and interviews.
  • Familiarity with selection methodologies and providing interview guidance.
  • Competent in recruitment administration and negotiation.
  • Ability to build relationships and credibility with senior executives.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and relevant legislation (GDPR, Equality Act, AWR, IR35).
