Billing Administrator

SJC Partners are currently seeking a Billing Administrator to join a supportive and friendly team in Sheffield.
The business we are representing are a reputable firm of specialist Solicitors who are considered as one of the leading practices in the UK.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing bills for trust administration work
- Creating and proactively maintaining billing schedules and record keeping
- Liaising with internal teams regarding billing work
- Working with colleagues to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate working
- Liaising with third parties regarding billing process
- Monitoring costs and assisting the team’s management in regard to establishing best working practices
- Proactively managing payment of bills
- handle billing queries
- Preparing financial reports using excel formulas and pivot tables
- Reviewing and reporting on WIP
- Implement and ensure compliance with the policies and procedures
- Produce progress reports
- Provide assistance in relation to billing matters
