**Job Title: Customer Success Executive**
**Location: Remote (one day working in London a month)**
**Must have property auctions experience**
Our client is a dynamic and innovative company revolutionising the real estate industry through online auctions. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their team as a Customer Success Executive. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of their platform and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real estate transactions.
**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Proactive account management for agent customers in order to promote and encourage platform utilisation.
- Analysing properties and reports to enable efficient account management.
- Conducting property reviews to encourage agents to list through an online auction.
- Agent training and onboarding for Bamboo and online auctions.
- Providing growth consultation to agent partners in order to identify paths and methods for increasing online auction sales.
- Serving as their agency partners' first point of contact.
- Responding to inquiries from all clients.
- Troubleshooting buyer and agent inquiries.
- Assisted with buyer and agency due diligence and identification verification.
- Creating guides, video walkthroughs, agent materials, and other stakeholder-specific writing.
- Assisting with marketing and marketing events (both in person and online).
**Requirements**: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Must have property auctions experience.
- An interest in real estate and technology, together with appropriate expertise, is highly appreciated.
- Enthusiastic and motivated approach to client success.
- Tasks are approached with strong organisation and responsibility.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills are required for effective interactions with clients and internal teams.
- IT expertise, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
