The role
We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist Co-ordinator to join our existing team based at our Doncaster site. Reporting directly into the Customer Service Manager.
To have a good understanding of the needs of both internal and external customers and taking required action to make sure that their neds are met, thereby maintaining and developing positive business relationships with our logistic providers and customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Demonstrates awareness of H & S requirements for self, Department and Site. Proactively engages in promoting a H & S culture.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in a positive, professional, and timely manner.
Ensure customer expectations are exceeded, consistently delivering a dependable and accurate service.
To have the ability to be decisive under pressure for the need of the dept and business.
Log and register departmental and business activity.
Ensure proactive communication to advise customers of potential availability issues.
Deal with transport and logistic activity in UK and overseas.
Manager third party activity and availability.
Support in the absence of the Team Leader, and manager the relevant areas.
To assist in training and development within the department.
Contribute to a positive team spirit.
Deal with any incoming ADHOC duties
Profile
Basic IT skills - Microsoft Office and SAP preferable.
Experience of meeting KPI’s and working to deadlines.
Working as part of a team.
Working in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment.
Familiarity with Wavin products and customer base.
