**Administrative Manager**
**Axal Services Ltd** are a Yorkshire based property maintenance & refurbishment specialist with a strong family ethos. We carry out planned & responsive maintenance and refurbishment across Yorkshire.
Due to our continuing expansion, Axal Services Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic person with a can do attitude to join our team at the head office in Wetherby.
The role will be varied but the main responsibilities will be
- Gathering and managing documentation for construction projects from start to finish
- Speaking with clients and staff to provide documentation and any other support they need on a day to day basis.
- Manging material stock levels, re-ordering and returns.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations for common items and comparing prices
- Checking invoices against agreed rates.
They will need to be well presented, reliable and self motivated.
They will need good communication skills to be able to build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers alike.
