**The role**
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, customers, and contractors both in person and over the phone.
Your friendly and professional approach will create a positive first impression and contribution to the overall smooth operation within our Extra Care Scheme.

- We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and time keeping management skills.
- Being self-motivated, flexible and adaptable attitude is essential for the role.
- You will take a proactive approach to solving customer queries and taking a supportive approach.
- Experience of working with vulnerable people will be an advantage for this role.
**Who we are**
Regenda Homes is an award-winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour.
