About the Client:
Our client is a thriving electronic company, and is actively seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation with a commitment to excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, handling data entry, document preparation, and order processing.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Facilitate communication between sales representatives, customers, and internal departments.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Business Administration or a relevant field are advantageous.
- Previous experience in sales support or administration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
