On behalf of our prestigious client, we are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly team based in Borehamwood.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Database/stock management experience for Order entry, tracking and invoice matching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Microsoft skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- An understanding and interest in the manufacturing and design of têxtiles
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment and be able to prioritise workload
- Fast accurate typing skills with great attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Orders and Invoices for all Sales transactions.
- Attend meetings with Customers to discuss progress of launch dates, shipments and queries.
- Keep customers informed and updated with the progress of their Orders.
- Analyse Outstanding Order and Shipping Schedules and keep all relevant parties updated.
- Update reports and schedules in both excel and internal bespoke database systems for product development, sales, logistics and targets.
- General secretarial duties including Courier Shipments, Archiving and Filing.
