We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced FM Co-ordinator - Helpdesk from a corporate background to join our reception team at our head office in Waterloo. This is a permanent full-time position working between 08:00 and 17:00, 40 hours per week.
**Key Activities**:
- Reporting to the Site FM Manager
- Support the FM Department in the financial processes and procedures while offering a proactive approach to all work undertaken.
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports in line with the Helpdesk report handling document
- Raise purchase orders & receipting (tracking all materials / subcontractor works).
- Oversee the management of all PPM’s and reactive works across the building and chase for these to be completed
- Working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- First class customer service skills and corporate helpdesk experience
- Good organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Experience in Hard and Soft Facilities Management and Maximo CAFM system is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Extensive experience in report writing
- Able to deal with people at all levels with confidence and work as part of a team
