My client is a global leader in Real Estate, looking for an experienced Procurement professional to manage a high complexity account for their evolving portfolio in Facilities (both Hard & Soft) across EMEA.

The position itself involves being entrusted as the responsible manager for strategic sourcing and procurement related to a large client's requirements in both hard and soft FM across EMEA. You will be accountable for framework supplier relationships, with support from Category Management, as well as implementing RFP management, contract management and strategic Procurement planning.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ Years' experience managing complex procurement processes across procurement topics, with a specialist understanding of FM services and management of suppliers.

• A degree or strong educational equivalent. MCIPS also preferred

• An ambitious, passionate, co-operative and analytical personality

• Exceptional negotiation, commercial, financial, communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage strategic relationships throughout Europe or globally with suppliers

• Excellent skills in English language, in both writing and speaking

• High comfortability with services contracts sourcing processes
