An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Clinical Education Team within the Workforce and OD Function.

The post holder will provide administrative support to the Head of Clinical Education as well as other members of the Clinical Education Function.

The post holder will support the Clinical Education Team with activities and processes that enable the successful delivery of the Clinical Education and Training delivery plan and the Organisational Development Framework.

The post holder will need to have effective communication skills with the ability to establish good working relationships with our internal workforce as well as our multi-agency partners.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The post holder will be a member of the OD team and be responsible for
maintaining records in relation to learning and organisational development both manually and on computerised systems for the department.
Responsible for organising, supporting and taking minutes in meetings for staff within the OD department, preparing papers as required, liaising with other Health Board staff, external organisations, agencies and contractors.
Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Support processes and activities which enable the delivery of the OD
Framework.

Communicates effectively and establishes good working relations with a wide range of people.

Take every reasonable opportunity to maintain and improve professional
knowledge. Attend statutory / mandatory training.

Provide support for keeping and maintaining booking systems for courses,
meeting rooms and other flexible spaces.

Arranging meetings and training courses on behalf of the department including booking venues and refreshments as directed, organise and attend external events where Administrative assistance is required, mark registers and update computer systems as required.
