**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create & maintain employee records.
- Onboarding duties, issuing contracts of employment, induction paperwork, setting up new starters on relevant systems.
- Update and maintain HR and payroll databases (e.g., new hires, leavers, holidays, and absences)
- Payroll preparation by providing relevant data: holidays, absences, starters, and leavers.
- Assist Head of Finance with processing monthly and weekly pay run.
- Enrolling new starters on to pension scheme.
- Benefits administration.
- Processing employee p45s.
- Running payroll reports.
- Management of payroll and benefits inbox.
- Any other adhoc duties as required.
