Job role:

- Sales administration: answering telephone queries, update customers when parts come in and dealing with complaints
- Liaising with the plumbing engineers to ensure they have all information and parts needed for a job
- Inputting invoice details, customer job details on Sage 50 accounts and working with our accountant to produce financial reports
- Organising supplier, customer and employee files and records
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have a friendly, professional and customer orientated telephone manner
- Experience in dealing with customer queries
- Be extremely well organised and be able to ensure engineers, records, invoices and plumbing parts are where they need to be
- Be self motivated, have good time management skills and have the ability to work alone when necessary
- Computer and smart phone literate, with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Google maps and conduct product searches on suppliers websites

Desirable Skills
- Experience of Sage 50 Accounts or similar software required. Refresher or full training can be provided.
