Finance Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare cost and income analysis reports for review by the Finance Manager
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required and instructed.
- Update and maintain purchase ledger regularly by posting timely all suppliers invoices into the accounting system.
- Prepare, analyse, and communicate key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
- Ensure all purchase invoices are appropriately authorised
- Update and maintain Sales Ledger regularly by raising sales invoices for all sales
- Raise and enter journals into the accounting system as required
- Reconcile all bank accounts at least monthly
- Process inter-company charges between all group companies.
- Support the Finance Manager in preparation of the payroll
- Resolve finance related queries with patients and other service users
- Query invoices with suppliers as necessary
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
