You will:

- Collaborate with Events team to plan and execute weddings and events.
- Handle deposits, send pro-formas, and follow up on final payments.
- Collect guest information for function sheets including pre-orders, Rooming lists, dietary requirements, and event timings.
- Prepare function sheet packs for weekly internal meetings.
- Gather billing information.
- Liaise with kitchen and F&B teams for special requests, operational, and food-related questions.
- Respond to brochure downloads for initial wedding or event inquiries using pre-made templates.
- Create event materials like place cards, seating plans, and "What's On" posters.
- Input rooming lists for group bedrooms and work with Reservation team for group accommodation rates and bedroom-related guest questions.
- Assist with boat enquiries, coordinating arrangements and bookings.
- Support with organizing Christmas events including Joiner Parties, NYE, Christmas Markets etc
- Coordinate and promote ticketed events to boost engagement and revenue.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide general support to the Events team as needed.

Experience in hospitality systems like Reslynx, Resdiary, Guestline Opera, Opentable, or similar, is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
