**Responsibilities**:

- Solve problems for customers by performing basic troubleshooting.
- Drive software upgrades, configuration changes and other fixes to production systems.
- Communicate with users and identify root cause of issues.
- Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that all questions are answered.
- Adhere to a schedule or deadlines.
- Build and test custom PC audio workstations
- Manage and prepare demo equipment
- Manage and configure orders ready for shipping
- Liaise with manufacturers to ensure that issues are addressed efficiently
- Assist the sales team in product demonstrations and trade shows highlighting the strengths and features of the products Emerging offers

**Skills and Experience Required**
- A good technical understanding and passion for audio technology
- Ideally some knowledge of AoIP (Dante, Ravenna)
- Polite & confident manner, comfortable with talking with customers
- Real-world practical audio experience preferred
- Good MAC & Microsoft Windows proficiency
- Full UK driving license

Salary dependent on experience but will include annual performance bonus after probation period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
