Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met
  • Participate in shift work, including sleep-ins, to provide 24/7 care and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment

Requirements:
