**Purpose of job**

To deliver an excellent customer focussed service by supporting the Senior Housing Standards Officer in providing an efficient and responsive housing standards service. To ensure the statutory obligations of the client in dealing with poor housing conditions in the private rented sector are prioritised, regulated and enforced via advice, informal and formal action.

**Skills**

**Salary**: £10.23-£17.89 per hour
