The 17th Century Market Hall stands in the heart of our historic town, a popular destination for both locals and visitors to Warwick.

Inside you will find the Market Hall Museum, Cafe, and Shop. The Museum tells the story of Warwickshire.

The Front of House team


Working in our popular café and shop, our Visitor Services Assistants are passionate about promoting our services, motivated to achieve income targets, and dedicated to serving our visitors and the local community.

Our goal is to deliver an enjoyable visitor experience, whilst generating essential income for the Museum.

The Supervisor Role


Due to increasing demand for our services we are now looking to recruit a Front of House Supervisor to support our Front of House team and the team manager.


Working behind the counter with the cafe and shop team, together you will set up Market Hall for the day ahead.

You'll then ensure the smooth running of our café and shop throughout the day. The role will be fast paced and varied.

From being busy in the cafe making fresh paninis and serving locally sourced cakes and beverages, to selling event tickets, gifts, and souvenirs in the shop.


In addition to your public facing duties, you will also complete weekly food orders for the cafe to ensure that our menu is fresh, appealing and always fully stocked.

Two days a month you will work behind the scenes in the Museum office to complete front of house banking.
