**Marketing & Office Administrator**
The Normandy Hotel is seeking a Marketing & Office Administratorwho will be responsible for various duties in our busy Sales office. We are seeking a highly organised, ambitious and hard-working individual with flair and personality to match.
**Responsibilities for Marketing & Office Administrator;**
- Supporting both the Sales and Office Managers in all aspects of Sales Office functions
- Help increase the Hotel Social media profile via FB, Instagram and Tik Tok
- Tributes
- Taking bookings, sending confirmations, maintaining and updating the online booking system Ticket Tailor with Reslynx (Guestline Pms System) in the absence of the Entertainments Manager
- Events
- Design promotions, flyers and maybe website content
**Experience**:
Previous Hotel experience and knowledge of PMS systems preferable but not essential
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills with the customers and other hotel departments
- Team worker
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
