Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office team
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are accurately filed
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling, document management, and communication
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organising meetings, appointments, and events
- Use Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in using computerised systems for office tasks
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in data entry and clerical duties is advantageous
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies is a plus
