Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our client based in Renfrew. Who are looking for an Administrator to join their team on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with the warehouse and procurement team to manage customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding inventory availability, order status, and any potential delays.
- Working with transport companies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries according to customer requirements and deadlines.
- Interfacing with couriers, serving as the primary point of contact for courier companies, facilitating the pickup and delivery of parcels.
- Track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on the status of their orders.
- Address any concerns or complaints related to courier services promptly and effectively.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing returns, and updating customer databases.

This role is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm & 8am - 4pm alternating each week. With a pay rate from £12.00 per hour.
