Sales Lead & Global Segment Manager, Fishing & Marine

Our client is a market-leading manufacturer within industrial engineering, supplying products and services across a range of industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, Marine, and Structural. As part of the increased effort on innovation, they are looking tostrengthen their Global Segment in Fishing & Marine.
There is an opportunity for a **Sales Lead & Global Segment Manager, Fishing & Marine** to join the business. This role has a flexible location with the requirement to travel both in the UK and internationally to support critical customer andteam activities.
To be successful in this role you will have at least 4 years of experience in an external sales role, having sold complex products to customers. You will be responsible for both defining and executing the Fishing & Marine strategy in nominated geographies,whilst having accountability for managing budgets, accurate forecasting, and reporting of the market, customer, and competitor information.
In addition, you are a team player, with strong communication skills and can easily collaborate well with others at all levels both internally and externally. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and like to work independently and you have the ability todrive collaboration & cooperation across different functions and Business Units. There is a willingness to travel globally dependent on the role requirements.
