Due to continued growth, and personal development within the business, we have an opportunity for Customer Service Advisors to join a warm, friendly and empathetic customer contact centre environment for a not-for-profit organisation. we are keen to speak with anyone who has excellent communication skills, has experience working within Customer Services be it in Retail, a Call Centre, or other Office environments, and wants to help improve the quality of people's lives.

Being the first point of contact for customers, some of your duties will consist of:

- Receiving inbound calls from customers to provide the appropriate guidance and advice needed in regard to their private Healthcare, being resilient and overcoming any objections
- Answer any questions or queries which customers may wish to discuss, sometimes in difficult and sensitive situations
- Build rapport and relationships with customers, in a positive, understanding and caring way
- Recognise complaints, acknowledge and resolve at first point of contact where possible or escalate appropriately
- Basic data input and administration duties when necessary

We are open to considering both full-time and part-time applicants for this position. Full-Time will be working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 10-minute scheduled breaks, earning a salary of £19,500.

Upon starting, you will receive an excellent 4-week training package, followed by 2 weeks live working with coaching support to ensure you are comfortable and competent in the role. This first 6 weeks will be working be 9am-5pm, which you must be availablefor the whole duration with no holidays taken. For Part-Time roles, you must be able to work Full-Time hours for the first 4 weeks for your training.
