**2754 - Marketing Manager - Property - Remote role - Perm - £40 to 46K**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join this market leading B2C service organisation.

You will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives across a suite of property agency brands across a variety of brand locations, using market knowledge, channel and business performance and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.

You’ll oversee the production of promotional materials and marketing campaigns, working closely with an internal team and agency partners and reports into the Marketing Director

Key responsibilities
- Track and report on marketing performance
- Oversee current channels and messaging
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that align with strategy
- Approve and oversee creative development of communications and promotional material
- Communicate and manage relationships with various service providers to help bring marketing projects to fruition
- Act as a representative for the marketing department in stakeholder meetings
- Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Working with channel experts to ensure consistent messaging
- Continued testing and tweaking of channels approach and messaging to ensure optimum performance

**Challenges**:

- Working with the network to generate local activity
- Managing and building relationships (mainly digitally) with stakeholders across different brands and locations
- Pulling together on and offline marketing for a cohesive message/experience
- Assessing performance of marketing channels to demonstrate ROI and advise on budget use

**Key Skills required**
- At least 6 years marketing experience, ideally within a service industry with B2C experience.
- Marketing qualifications.
