A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading (and growing) consumer business - the role will lead a brand, content and digital team as well as leading regional marketing specialists.
My client, a market leading multi-site consumer business based in the Midlands, is looking to recruit a Head of Marketing - this role will be recruited on a contract (to perm) or permanent basis depending on circumstances.
The position, a multi-channel marketing role and a key leadership role with business will lead a multi-faceted and highly skilled team. The role will lead the marketing regional specialists team and the content, brand and digital team. The role will workalongside the CMO on strategic plans and deliver the operational marketing plans, with a key focus on digital to drive strategies both short and long term. The role will encompass:
- Business partnering with the Operations, Finance and HR functions across the organisation
- Day to day management and leadership of the marketing and content team, including Marketing Managers, Marketing Execs, Graphic Design, Digital, Brand and Events
- Delivery of marketing activation, campaigns and brand activation
- Delivery of events across the organisation both internally and externally
- Support the successful delivery of key marketing projects
- Delivery of activity across digital channels
