**Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage orders in Sage 200 accounting system.
- Provide advice and quotations to new and existing customers.
- Resolve customer issues, queries, complaints, and delivery issues.
- Assist customers abroad to support our growing export business.
- Pick and dispatch sample order requests.
- Manage customer expectations especially during busy periods.
- Maintain and improve customer databases.
- Liaise with outsourced couriers and warehouse on a daily service.
- Dealing with overseas customers and export shippers.

**Experience Required for Sales Order Processor Clerk**
- Previous experience in customer service in a small business.
- Knowledge and experience in using Sage 200 or a similar accounting system preferred.
- Export knowledge is desirable but not essential.

**Qualifications**
- 2 years office experience required.

**Knowledge/Skills of Sales Order Processor**
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and hit multiple daily deadlines.
- Highly organised.
- Must be comfortable dealing with a high volume of administrative duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
