Camhs Eating Disorder Team Administrator

The Bucks CAMHS Eating Disorder team are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our friendly and passionate team.
The post involves working with administrative and clinical staff providing all the administrative support to a busy clinical team.
This is based in the Sue Nicholls Centre in Aylesbury, and you will be working with another Band 4 colleague, with support from the Business & Performance Manager,
The post holder will be part of the team that provides administrative support to the Buckinghamshire CAMHS Eating Disorder Service. This will include day-to-day organisation of systems to ensure the smooth running of the office, diary and post management, taking minutes and other clerical duties. Additionally, the post holder will facilitate good communication and liaison with patients and their families, colleagues within the Trust and across other organizations. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining databases by collecting and inputting data relating to team activity and reporting information as necessary.
