Purpose of the role

To support the day-to-day sales administration requirements of the business and to provide excellent customer service to customers.

Key activities
- Assist in all aspects of the company’s administration with respect to the sales of vehicles.
- Report to the company’s managing director, financial controller or other individual as directed by the board of directors.
- Undertake all tasks requested by your supervisor(s).
- Processing invoices, appealing penalty charges and obtaining correct information for speeding fines
- Updating and reporting daily figures via our inhouse system for the company the Directors
- General data entry
- Scanning, filing and general document management

Relationships:

- Work with other company employees to achieve Company goals, including with respect to pricing the target of ensuring maximum profitability for the Company.
- Work closely with and develop relationships as required with employees of the Company’s associated companies.

You may be required to perform such other and/or additional duties within your skill and competence as the Company may require.
