We are recruiting for a temporary CRM Marketing Administrator/Coordinator to join P&O Cruises (4-5 months).

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide administrative support to for the team such as maintaining and updating planning documents, weekly/monthly report, booking briefing sessions into diaries etc
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks such as product requests, artwork proofing and agency correspondence
- Be the point of call for marketing enquires, including managing the CRM queries within the Marketing inbox
- Raising Purchase Orders in Oracle and assisting the team in budgeting
- Be a CRM delegate in meetings when/where required.
