Connect it are a growing multi utility company and to help support our success we are looking to expand our Transport and Support Services Team by recruiting a Fleet and Assets Coordinator.

This role will support with the ongoing compliance of our growing number of vehicles, plant, tools, and equipment required for the efficient operation of our field-based workforce.

Based in our office and warehouse complex in Hedge End, Southampton and reporting to the Head of Transport and Support Services.

**Key skills**:

- Maintain an accurate record of all vehicles, plant, tools, and equipment on company databases.
- Fleet administration.
- Monitor and manage the timely inspection, calibration and testing of assets in line with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers and key internal stakeholders, keeping them informed of upcoming inspections and bookings.
- Track progress of equipment with suppliers to ensure efficient completion and return.
- Support the Stores team through updating pick lists, orders, and stock.
- General administrative tasks.
- Develop efficient and effective processes and procedures.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a coordinator with similar responsibilities.
- Use of spreadsheets, databases, and CRM, e.g. Salesforce.
- A no compromise approach to Health & Safety embedded in working practices and behaviours.
- Excellent communication skills

**Additional**:

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- A ‘can do’ attitude, with a high attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
