We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Manager to join SDUK based at our Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey as part of our HR Management Team. You could be an existing Employee Relations Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity orin a HR Business Partner role with exposure to employee relations. We offer a flexible and autonomous environment and can be open to a four-day working week.

**YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY**
- Serving as the point of contact for SDUK on fundamental ER issues and deliver a 'best in class' employee relations service.
- Acting as the point of contact with SDUK's external legal advisors, ACAS, and Employment Tribunals.
- Chairing and formulating the activities of the National Joint Negotiation Council policy group.
- Managing the relationship / outputs of the company's Occupational Health Service provider, ensuring all SLAs are delivered.
- Identifying, and driving, ideas and programmes to foster a constructive employee relations culture to achieve a business that is fair, respectful, and consistent.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion programmes / initiatives.
- Coaching and developing the Senior Advisor, Employee Relations, to support their on-going development and growth.

**YOU'RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE**
- Able to demonstrate strong employee relations experience with a solid understanding of UK employment law and associated regulations.
- Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritise multiple caseloads of wide-ranging issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in developing and executing programmes that measurably impact positive employee relations, e.g., management up-skilling.
- Able to show excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all employees at all levels whilst demonstrating influence and gravitas.
- A strong people leader and manager, with a track record of developing team members and HR colleagues.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.
