**Position**:
We are delighted to offer the role of **Showroom Host - Customer Relations Coordinator** at our bustling Mercedes-Benz showroom in Brooklands. This role is ideal for a customer service-oriented professional looking to guide and enhance our customers' showroom experience.

**About You**:

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanour
- Professional attire and an approachable presence
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in reception, hosting, or customer service positions is advantageous
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and the Mercedes-Benz marque

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting visitors in our Mercedes-Benz showroom with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Coordinating showroom displays and ensuring the presentation is consistent with brand standards
- Greeting customer appointments and directing clients to the appropriate department
- Recording customer showroom activity
- Building rapport with clients and providing a memorable brand experience

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer interaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorisation to work in the UK
