**Reporting to**:Marketing Manager

**Summary**
We need a smart, energetic, reliable person to play a crucial role at our head office in Bierton, Buckinghamshire. Serious is a dynamic team of 25 people dedicated to changing lives through light. We design and build the best task lights in the world.

You will join a small marketing team responsible for large-scale press advertising, digital recruitment and direct mail. Offering a lot of potential for coalface experience and personal development, you will be involved in every area of the marketing mix. This is a great role for an ambitious marketeer.

You will need strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is well-organised, thorough and dependable, who can communicate well both verbally and in writing, and who loves working as part of a team. A creative flair is advantageous, and this is a job for someone who loves to work hard and fast.

**The Role**

**Campaign Management -** Assist in the planning and execution of direct mail, Press, TV and digital campaigns - coordinating with external agencies, managing timelines - ensuring efficient execution.

**Admin Support - **Provide comprehensive admin support including internal comms, managing influencers, updating website, reporting, building landing pages, and print material management.

**Proof reading**:Thoroughly review and offer feedback on creative materials ensuring accuracy in grammar and spelling, visual consistency, and adherence to our brand voice.

- Exceptional project management skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced

environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel. Photoshop experience.
- Self-motivated and eager to shoulder responsibilities.
- A passionate strong work ethic.
- A team player who is equally capable of working independently.
- Solid previous experience in a similar marketing role.
