**Job Title: HR Advisor**

**Reports to European HR Manager**

**Role Requirements**

The HR Advisor is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level supporting the European HR Manager.

This position carries out responsibilities in the functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and recruitment/employment and employment law compliance.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Supports our Europe Region with all HR & People related activities with an on site presence when required.

Responsible for end to end recruitment within the Europe Region

First port of call for employee requests and queries

Supporting our Management Team with the performance of their teams

Supporting and advising our Managers and Supervisors with employee relations.

Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions

Monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner

Performs benefit administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees

Facilitates or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce

Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs

Maintains human resource system records and compiles KPI reports

Performs other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**

Minimum 3 - 4 years human resource experience

CIPD qualification desirable

PC proficiency

Ability to travel to our UK sites is essential (Sheffield, Manchester, Glasgow, Irvine, Cumbernauld)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
