Role Purpose

The Modern Work and Copilot Solutions Lead has ownership of building and executing the sales enablement and “build-with” strategy for native Microsoft and 3rd party security vendor services. The role is to be the M365 and Copilot for M365 specialist throughout the UK business.

The Modern Work and Copilot Solutions Lead is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Infinigate UK Partner Team and the attainment of individual and team sales targets, through increasing the number of partners transacting M365 and Copilot for M365 with Infinigate, the frequency of orders and the overall value of solutions sold.

In addition to supporting the team objectives, the Modern Work and Copilot Solutions Lead takes responsibility for managing individual strategic partners, growing profitability and revenue from them through on-going business development activities and targeted recruitment of new strategic partners.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Overall workload revenue and profit contribution for Modern Work and Copilot for M365, responsible for accurate pipeline and sales forecasting.
- Own and develop repeatable GTM campaigns that are rolled out through the Infinigate Partner Management teams which drive customer frequency & yield.
- Recruit and manage key strategic Modern Work and Copilot for M365 resellers growing their revenue and profit to agreed targets.
- Provide insight and recommendations which support the development of Infinigate’s Professional and Managed Service offerings.
- Participate in partner education, events and communication programs, encouraging the utilisation of Infinigate’s GROW and EDGE.
- Work with the Microsoft SMC & GPS Channel Sales teams to ensure effective delivery of programs such as the SureStep program.
- Engage with select security vendors to drive repeatable GTM solutions, offers and campaigns in partnership with the Marketing & Product teams.
- Maintain a constant focus on Partner Satisfaction and achievement of Infinigate’s world-class NPS rating.

General Skills
- Minimum of 5 years work experience working with Microsoft Technologies within the IT Channel.
- Qualified to Level 100 technical knowledge for Microsoft 365 and Azure AI (Active Fundamentals certification for MS-900 and AI-900)
- Deep knowledge of cloud services, including Microsoft’s Cloud offerings.
- Proven experience in successfully selling Microsoft cloud-based solutions via CSP.
- Evidence of being able to nurture strong business CxO level relationships, to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to communicate at all levels including strong presentation skills.
- A high level of computer literacy, combined with strong Microsoft Office suite skills with proven experience of accurately recording data in computerised systems.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp the features and benefits for resellers and their customers of new technology services and turn into commercial propositions.
- Excellent organisational skills working well both in a team environment and individually.
- Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
