The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Solutions Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and supporting the digital workplace by leveraging the Microsoft 365 suite, with a focus on deploying and managing M365 Copilot.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong technical background in Microsoft 365, including experience in implementing and supporting M365 tools and solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly, as well as outstanding verbal and written skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

The Digital Workplace Solutions Specialist will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Providing technical support for M365 Productivity tools, including M365 Copilot, ensuring optimal performance and functionality;">
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to M365 Client and backend issues, focusing on M365 Copilot and its integration with the Windows operating system and other M365 applications;">
  • Maintaining and upgrading the digital workplace infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of M365 Copilot into existing workflows;">
  • Developing training materials and sessions to help users effectively utilize M365 Copilot and other M365 products;">
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance their proficiency and adoption of M365, focusing on M365 Copilot solutions;">
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of user documentation and knowledge bases for M365, focusing on M365 Copilot.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;">
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical analyst role, preferably within a digital or IT environment;">
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with M365, including any exposure to Generative AI technologies and M365 Copilot;">
  • Experience in implementing and supporting M365 tools and solutions;">
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions;">
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Power BI, and automation tools like Power Automate;">
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate certifications desirable (e.g., Modern Desktop, Messaging, Teams, Identity & Access, Security).">
