Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 6 weeks with the potential for longer term employment. This is a varied role and duties include:
- Contacting tenants to advise them of support available to them through Funds.
- Take details from tenants to enable transfers of funds to bank account or transfer of vouchers.
- Signpost tenants to other sources or take details and refer tenants to the Tenancy Sustainment Team where the need for further assistance is required.
- Maintain accurate records of telephone calls and details provided by tenants in Excel.
- Liaise with other property team members to facilitate transfer of funds and or provision of vouchers.
- Administer issuing of vouchers where required.
- General administrative tasks using Excel and various in house systems.
- Creating contact lists for customer surveys to evaluate the benefit of assistance provided.
- Other general administration as required.

- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Polite and professional manner.
- IT skills including MS Office.
- Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Well organised and able to manage a varied workload.
- Flexible and adaptable.
