**What the opportunity looks like**:
The Capital Expenditure Co-ordinator Assists with the governance of the Whyte and Mackay plans for Capital expenditure, working with the Project and Programme Management Office team and liaising with Finance, Legal and Procurement Teams.

The role reports to the Head of Engineering - Distilling and works closely with the Distilling Leadership Team and the Head Office functions of Finance, Procurement and Legal.
- Ensure the health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Maintain and continuously improve all administrative systems.
- Drive improvements on financial and project functions/processes.
Challenge and hold to account senior stakeholders to deliver administrative commitments and outcomes on time and according to plan.

**Skills and experience that will help you be a success**:
For this role we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar role or project administrator role.
- Good Financial Awareness.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise key tasks effectively.
- Experience of working with databases is essential and Microsoft Office Packages.
