The Finance Coordinator will provide centralised invoicing for Finance whilst managing the relationships with Finance Business Partners. Senior Management and central teams.

- Completing the end-to-end invoicing, reconciliation, and billing processes for specific business units to defined service levels.
- Create weekly revenue files from data received from operations for specific customers accurately and in a timely way so reporting deadlines are met.
- Addressing and resolving any queries, quickly and accurately with reference to key contacts in Operations teams and Finance.
- Operating any other defined standard processes efficiently, accurately and in a timely way.
- Managing the relationship with nominated business unit finance team and operators.
- Additional tasks as required by Invoicing Team Leader

**Profile**
- GCSE level or equivalent education
- Excellent Excel skills are essential
- Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience of a haulage operation is desirable
- Indivudual with strong academics
- Degree in Accounting, Mathematics would be beneficial
- Expereince in finance admin would be beneficial
