I am currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Administrator to work for a professional organisation based in Central Cambridge. To be successful, you will need to have experience in a similar position within a professional services environment.

The role is a full-time, permanent position and will be split between working in the office and working from home. There would be parking available on site for the days you would be in the office.

**Typical duties will include**:

- Preparation of general correspondence including new client documentation
- Generating invoices, assisting for preparation of Tax returns
- Document management and general administration duties
- Diary management, organising meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Any other ad hoc duties where required

**You will have**:

- The ability to prioritise a heavy workload
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products
- Previous administration experience within a professional services background
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
