TM Scotland Grangemouth & Falkirk branch are very excited to be given the opportunity to work with one of Scotland’s largest dairies to assist with recruiting numerous Customer Service Administrators to add to the busy team in Bridge of Allan.
The role will involve answering calls from existing customers and supporting with new orders, supporting the drivers at the end of day with their route administration and supporting larger clients with reactive day to day order changes.
This is a full time position to work at the site in Bridge of Allan. Hours of work are any 5 days out of 7, Mon to Sun 8am - 5pm - Our client offers an ongoing rota and all Customer Service Administrators must be able to work weekends.
**Pay rate**: Offering a start rate of £12.14 per hour
**What does the position look like within our client working as a Customer Service Administrator?**
- First point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Orders and complaints handling once fully trained
- Inputting orders in to a computer system
- Including input of depot stock transfers
- Stock delivery returns
- Completing a reconciliation process
**That qualities we are looking for within the Customer Service Administrator role for our client**:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Detail orientated
- Experience within a fast paced customer service role
- CRM experience / transferable system experience
- Administration background
- MS Office experience
- Efficiency and accuracy
**What our client can offer you within the business**:
- Our client is offering a full time position working 5 days out of 7 - 8am - 5pm 40 hour week
