Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join our established, Stirling based client. This is a full time, permanent position and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will be working as part of a professional Customer Care team who focus on delivering an honest and respectful service to customers, colleagues and the wider community.

The role itself will involve:

- Providing high-quality care to customers and a first class administration service to the customer service team
- Answering calls politely and professionally
- Meeting the customers’ needs
- Building strong working relationships with the clients and contractors
- Handling complaints and escalating to relevant person to achieve a successful resolution
- General administration tasks including; dealing with incoming/outgoing mail, filing, scanning etc.
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Ensuring registration of all homes on the day of legal completion

Role Essentials include:

- Extensive administration experience within a similar environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Friendly and professional manner
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and IT systems
