**Title: Purchasing Assistant / Administrator**

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an Admin and Purchasing Assistant to work within the Purchasing and Accounts department on a part-time basis. Our client is based in Blackpool and the position is to start immediately.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Accurate data entry
- Liaising with suppliers and all internal departments on daily basis
- Ensuring that all deliveries into the company are dealt with in a timely manner
- Setting up new accounts
- Support Production with dispatching orders
- Stock taking
- Other general admin duties

**Experience and Skills required**:

- Experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Excellent PC skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills

Job is Part-time (20-25hrs a week) although there is some flexibility within the working days.

Hours Available between 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday

**ADDITIONAL BENEFITS & REQUIREMENTS**

28 days Paid Annual Leave
Ongoing Assignment
Possible permanent position following a successful trial period

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
