**Job Title -**Office/Accounts Administrator
**Hours -** Full time Monday-Friday 9-5 NO WEEKENDS**
Location -**Milton Keynes Office based
**Salary -**£22,000 - £24,000 + area allowance**

**Are you an experienced office or accounts administrator?**

**Do you have good negotiating and people skills?**

**General Administration**:

- Company Cars - Arranging rentals, carrying out inspections, managing fuel cards, parking, licence checks etc.
- Office Maintenance - General, liaising with suppliers
- Arranging travel & accommodation for visitors
- Liaising with travel agency on approval/queries, ensuring that limits set are adhered to
- Assisting Admin team by taking calls from customers & engineers, as & when required
- Provide information as requested by Managers
- Visits to other offices will be required quarterly

**Accounts Administration**:

- Allocating customer receipts on the system on a daily basis
- Following up with customers for payment on overdue invoices
- Processing customer remittances
- Reviewing & releasing orders on credit hold, following relevant checks
- Customer credit checks as requested
- Getting approval on supplier invoices & processing on the system in a timely manner
- Reconciling supplier accounts back to statements
- Getting quotes from suppliers when necessary
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts

**Personal Requirements**
- Good communicator
- High levels of attention to detail
- Good negotiation skills
- Understanding of confidential information management
- Credit Control experience, preferable but not essential
- **Must hold a full driving licence
